3W Square LED Emergency Downlight IP20 | 3Hr Backup

The 3W square LED emergency downlight provides up to 180 minutes of backup illumination during a mains power failure. Its flat, flush-style appearance offers a discreet emergency-lighting solution for commercial interiors, including offices, shops, corridors, stairways and designated escape routes.

This is a non-maintained emergency fitting, meaning the integrated LED remains off while the mains supply is operating normally. If the electricity supply fails, the battery pack automatically powers the light to help illuminate the surrounding area and support safe evacuation.

The fitting operates from a wide AC 100–240V electrical supply and uses LED technology for low energy consumption. It includes two 3.6V 1000mAh batteries and provides a stated emergency duration of up to three hours when fully charged.

An IP20 rating makes this emergency downlight suitable for dry indoor environments only. It should not be installed outdoors or in locations exposed to water and excessive moisture. Emergency lighting must be correctly positioned, installed, commissioned and regularly tested in accordance with applicable fire-safety and building requirements.
