3w LED Emergency Light Non-Maintained/Maintained 180 Minutes EML01

The 3W LED emergency exit light provides up to 180 minutes of backup illumination following a mains power failure. Supporting both maintained and non-maintained operation, it offers a flexible safety-lighting solution for offices, shops, corridors, stairways, communal areas and designated escape routes.

In maintained mode, the LED remains illuminated during normal use and continues operating from its internal battery when the mains supply fails. When configured for non-maintained use, the light remains off under normal conditions and activates automatically during a power cut.

The fitting is designed for surface-mounted installation and is supplied with a Green Man exit legend, helping clearly identify an emergency exit when positioned correctly. Its light source comprises 15 DIP LEDs, while a 3.6V 0.6Ah nickel-cadmium battery supplies the emergency power. The stated conversion time is one second, allowing backup illumination to activate quickly after a mains failure.

This emergency light operates from a 220–240V AC supply at 50Hz or 60Hz. It should be professionally installed, commissioned and regularly tested in accordance with applicable emergency-lighting, building and fire-safety requirements.
